Who we are and your consent
The website incomewithray.com (the "Website") and its content are owned and operated by Ray Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). "You" means anyone who visits or uses the Website.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Website you agree to this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Website.
Information we collect
Information you give us. We collect what you choose to provide when you sign up for a free resource or the newsletter, buy a product, create an account or contact us. This may include your name, email address, billing details and anything you write to us.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Website we collect technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view.
Giving us your information is voluntary, but some parts of the Website, such as buying a course or receiving a free resource, will not work without it.
Anything you post publicly, for example a comment on our social media pages or inside a course community, can be seen and used by other people. We are not responsible for how others use information you choose to share in public.
How we use your information
- To deliver what you asked for. Sending the free resource you requested, completing your order and giving you access to your products.
- To email you. If you join our list, we send tips, teaching and news about our courses, launches and products, and we may tell you about related products we think will interest you.
- To reply to you. Answering questions sent by email, contact form or social media, and keeping a record of that conversation.
- To improve and promote the Website. Understanding how visitors use it, fixing problems and showing our advertising to people likely to be interested, including people on our email list.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We will not use anything you write as a testimonial without asking your permission first.
Payments
Orders are processed by third-party payment providers, currently Stripe and PayPal. They receive your payment details directly; we do not store, and cannot see, your full card number. We keep a record of what you bought so we can give you access and meet our accounting obligations.
Marketing emails and unsubscribing
We do not send spam. Every email we send says who it is from and includes an unsubscribe link, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can unsubscribe at any time using that link or by emailing info@incomewithray.com. We never sell, rent or share your email address.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The Website uses cookies, both temporary session cookies and longer-lasting ones, and similar technologies. They keep the Website working, remember your session and help us measure how pages are used.
We use Google Analytics to gather statistics about how the Website is used, and the Facebook Pixel (provided by Meta) to measure our advertising and show our ads to people likely to be interested. Google and Meta may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies, and we may receive information from them and from our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal.
You can accept, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, some features may not work as intended. The Website does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
Our legal grounds for using your information (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on these grounds:
- Your consent, when you opt in to a free resource or our email list. You can withdraw it at any time.
- A contract with you, when you buy a product and we need your details to deliver it.
- Our legitimate interests, when we answer your enquiries, improve the Website and market to people who have shown interest in our products.
- Legal obligations, such as keeping tax and accounting records.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data or for information about criminal offences or convictions.
Your rights
We follow GDPR and Brazil's LGPD, and we offer the same rights to everyone, wherever you live. You can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal information about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date;
- delete, anonymise or stop using information we no longer need or that you no longer want us to hold;
- send your information to you or to another provider in a portable format;
- tell you who we have shared your information with;
- explain what happens if you choose not to give consent;
- withdraw your consent, or object to or restrict how we use your information.
To use any of these rights, email info@incomewithray.com. We will respond as soon as we can, and within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
How we store and share your information
We keep your information confidential and limit access to people who need it to run the business. We share it only with:
- Service providers that work for us, such as our website, email and course platform, our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal), and our analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics and the Facebook Pixel), and only for the specific job they do for us. We choose providers that state they comply with GDPR.
- Professional advisers, for legal or accounting purposes.
- Authorities or other parties, when the law requires it, or when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to protect our rights, our users or the public, or to prevent a crime.
- A buyer or successor, if all or part of the business is sold or reorganised.
We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Ray Consulting LLC is a company based in the United States, and our service providers may store or process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country you live in, but your information stays covered by this policy wherever it is processed. By giving us your information you agree to this transfer.
How long we keep your information
We keep the minimum information needed for as long as needed to provide what you asked for. In practice we keep your name and email address for as long as you stay on our list, and order records for as long as legal, tax and accounting rules require. If you ask to be removed from our records, we delete your information unless the law requires us to keep it.
Accounts and passwords
Some products require an account with a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens under your account. Do not share your password, and log out on shared devices. If you think someone else has used your account, email info@incomewithray.com straight away.
Security
The Website uses SSL encryption, and we work with reputable providers that follow accepted security practices. No website can guarantee complete security, so we cannot promise that your information will never be accessed without our permission, and we are not responsible for access gained by an unauthorised third party despite these measures. If we become aware of a data breach that affects you, we will notify those affected as the law requires.
Links to other websites
The Website may link to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read the privacy policy of any website you visit.
Children
The Website and its offerings are intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has given us information, email info@incomewithray.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time, and the new version applies from the moment it is posted on this page. If we make a significant change, we will tell you by email or with a clear notice on the Website. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
